Glide wax calls will be made by 12:00pm, Wednesday 2/7/24 for Saturday & Sunday races. Wax calls will be clearly posted to race website and emailed to coach contacts for each registered athlete.

Team Parking & Traffic Flow:

Parking at the venue is allowed on Friday for course previews, but be aware parking is limited. Teams…please carpool as best you can. Parents…please no extra vehicles at the venue on Friday if you can help it. Only 2 Team vehicles will be allowed to park at the venue on Saturday and Sunday. Parking passes will be distributed on Friday at team check-ins. No parent/spectator parking allowed. This will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Your cooperation is required to pull off this event at our alternate location.

Athlete & Parent/Spectator Shuttle

Absolutely no parking or athlete drop-offs at the venue, outside of team vehicles with a parking pass. Park at our shuttle pick-up point in town. It’s a 10-minute ride to the venue. No skis or poles on the shuttle…make arrangements with team vehicles.
