Bill is a retired medical social worker and health care manager that has had many years of volunteer work with youth and master cross country ski organization, He helped establish the Pocatello Cross Country Ski Foundation and speared headed the establishment of the Mink Creek Nordic Center in Pocatello. He has couched youth skiers and participated in master ski races through the West with his wife, Jacki Rubin, a retired school teacher and their adult son, Jesse.
