5^th Annual Nordic for Ladies at Jug Mountain Ranch

Celebrate, encourage, and support Nordic skiing

9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

(registration and ski rental pickup, 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.)

 $50 fee (or $45 if you register by February 1)

 The day includes:

Ski equipment

Trail pass

Ski lessons (skate or classic for all levels)

Healthy lunch

Lunchtime keynote: Gliding into Balance, presented by Lisa Ostermiller, Lac, and Jodie Lea, LMFT, CYT
